• Expérience en analyse de données et en programmation souhaitée.
• Anglais courant nécessaire.

Description du poste

We are looking for our next Compliance Data Analyst apprentice starting 1st September 2025 for a 6-month internship at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement in Paris.

Within Group Compliance, you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as a Compliance Data Analyst.

What You’ll Do

• Identify Group Compliance needs, propose suitable tech solutions, and build the roadmap.
• Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring.
• Develop analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools for real-time monitoring, enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation.
• Build a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps (from data load to visualization and publishing).
• Experience with Python or similar programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, ACL).
• Some experience in transformation or consulting activities is a plus.
• Some experience in data science is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
