Job Description:

We are looking for our next Compliance Data Analyst apprentice as of 1st September 2025 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement in Paris.

Within Group Compliance, you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as Compliance Data Analyst.

What You’ll Do

1. Identify Group Compliance needs, propose the appropriate tech solutions, and build the roadmap
2. Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring
3. Work on developing analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and create real-time monitoring
4. Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation
5. Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions

Your Profile

1. Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence or equivalent
2. Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps (from data load to visualization and publishing)
3. Expertise in Python or similar languages (SAS, R, ACL)
4. Some experience in transformation or consulting activities (plus)
5. Experience in data science (plus)
6. Fluent in English
