Context and team :

As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Community Manager to join our Marketing team for the France market based in Paris. You will be a key player in our Community division, developing and engaging with current and new content creators. You will grow and animate our database according to the specific needs of our brands.

Your missions :

  1. Build relationships and communicate with our community daily, including within the Skeepers app and on social media platforms.
  2. Manage Skeepers' local social media channels in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy.
  3. Create diversified campaigns to increase awareness of Skeepers among creators, drive sign-ups for brand campaigns, and build loyalty through social media (Instagram & TikTok), CRM tools (Newsletter, app push), VIP creator management.
  4. Create content to educate our community and enhance their user experience, ensuring content quality aligns with brands' expectations.
  5. Organize virtual or physical events to develop, educate, and engage the community and foster brand x influencer collaborations.
  6. Review brand campaign performance weekly to implement marketing initiatives that promote campaigns and share results with the local Campaign and Customer Success Managers.
  7. Monitor and consolidate monthly reports on marketing campaigns and projects, tracking KPIs.
  8. Stay updated on platform improvements, influencer marketing regulations, and competitor activities in the local market.

Requirements

  1. Master 1 or 2 students in business or communication schools, eager to develop expertise in influence marketing, social media, and community management.
  2. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and organize client events.
  3. Experience with CRM email campaigns and social media execution.
  4. Analytical mindset: ability to track, measure, and optimize performance based on data.
  5. Fluent in French (native level), with strong proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  6. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  3. A practical case to be completed and presented in a team interview to assess skills and fit.
