Job Description:

We are looking for our next Communication and Brand Advertising Assistant Apprentice starting September for 10 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris

Within Group Communication & Brand, you will join the Communication and Engagement team as Communication Officer Assistant from September to February 2026, and the Group Brand team as Brand Advertising Assistant from February to June 2026.

This role places you at the operational core of our Brand and Communication teams, offering cross-functional experience involving:

• Global and regional brand campaign development
• Brand architecture and guidelines
• Content creation
• Event management

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to process approvals, create and maintain reports, and share success stories. You will also contribute to creative initiatives, assisting with planning, administration, and performance evaluation.

This diverse experience will deepen your understanding of AXA’s global brand and communication missions, fostering in-depth skills across multiple areas.

What You’ll Do

In the communication and engagement team

• Support the communication manager and officers in developing communication plans
• Create and execute tailored content for various platforms, ensuring brand compliance
• Assist in event management, coordinating logistics and stakeholder communication

In the brand team

• Support brand managers in coordinating and monitoring brand activities
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to process approvals and manage stakeholders
• Assist in event and meeting coordination, managing logistics and agendas

Your Profile

Who You Are

• Degree from Ecole de Commerce, Université, or equivalent (Bac +5) in marketing and communication
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong communication skills
• Creative, personable, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent writing and editing skills for various styles
