Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des transports recherche un apprenti Acheteur de Composants Électriques pour une mission de 12 mois. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des achats de composants électriques tels que câbles et relais, en soutien à la stratégie d'achats du groupe. Ce poste vous permettra de collaborer avec divers départements et de développer vos compétences en négoce et gestion de relations fournisseurs.

Qualifications

• Diplôme requis de niveau Bac+4/5.
• Capacité à analyser une situation et à communiquer.
• Sens de l'autonomie et compétences interpersonnelles.

Responsabilités

• Maîtrise du processus d'appel d'offres et analyse des résultats.
• Négociation de contrats en ligne avec la stratégie d'achats.
• Gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs et les clients internes.

Reporting to the Commodity Manager Electrical Components, you will be responsible for the purchasing portfolio of electrical components (cables, connectors, relays, low voltage components), representing several tens of millions of euros per year directly and indirectly via integrators. Your mission will be to support the electrical components teams in the management of their purchases and deployment of the Alstom Group purchasing strategy.

Your missions will be the followings:

• Mastering the tender process and associated tools / Launching tenders and analyzing the results
• Establish supplier comparisons in conjunction with internal customers and communicate feedback to suppliers.
• Study dual sourcing/resourcing opportunities and lead the associated action plans with the identified production sites
• Negotiate contracts and new tenders in line with the Commodity Purchasing strategy and Group issues
• Manage the supplier / internal customer relationship in order to find the most appropriate solution to a need
• Participate in cross-functional projects on the purchasing commodity

You will also interface with suppliers, engineering (R&D, projects, industrialization), operations and quality.

PROFILE:

• 4 or 5 years of higher education (business school or engineering)
• Ability to analyze a situation, to synthesize, to communicate and to convince.
• Ability to present, highlight and explain results
• Fluency in English
• Involvement and ability to work in a team
• Autonomy, interpersonal skills

CONTRACT

Apprenticeship of 12 months starting November 2024
