CHANEL is offering an apprenticeship within the Client Data Office in Paris, bridging Data, Tech and Business to translate needs into clear Data Platform requirements. You will interact with Data Office, Tech teams and regional stakeholders, reporting to the Client Data Project Manager.

You will contribute to discovery, prioritization, cross-functional rituals and release readiness, while steadily building governance and data product management skills in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Professional written and spoken English required daily.
• Solid understanding of client data topics.
• Rigour, autonomy and strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare business interviews, consolidate feedback, and formalize conclusions.
• Monitor prioritization decisions and reflect them in tracking tools.
• Support cross-functional rituals with Data Office, Tech, and Business stakeholders.
• Assist release readiness through functional tests and documentation of results.
• Prepare release communications and functional documentation, with management reporting when needed.
