Une entreprise de logistique et de transport de premier plan recherche un stagiaire en gestion sociale pour rejoindre son équipe à Marseille. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'amélioration des processus de paie et de la gestion des actions liées aux ressources humaines. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en contribuant à des projets significatifs liés à la gestion des ressources humaines. Qualifications

  • Études en gestion sociale ou contrôle de gestion requises.
  • Connaissance des outils bureautiques et HRIS est essentielle.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will join the Payroll department at CMA-CGM, under the responsibility of the social management control ARH-Payroll. You will contribute to process improvement, ensure the monitoring of agreements in force, analyze the quality of data used in the HRIS and payroll software, and produce reports. You will coordinate necessary actions following the transmitted reports and participate in the department's animation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  1. You will monitor operational agreements, control time tracking, and take necessary actions with BPRH and Payroll Managers.
  2. You will calculate and verify payroll variables.
  3. You will update HR indicators and post-payroll reports.
  4. You will manage and monitor ARH/Payroll actions (contracts, renewals, absences, sick leave, medical visits, provident fund).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  1. You are studying social management control, management control, or an equivalent degree.
  2. You are comfortable with office tools and HRIS.
  3. You have a sense of service, are organized, rigorous, and discreet.
  4. You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
  5. Autonomous and proactive, you can juggle multiple tasks.
