Job Description

AbbVie France is recruiting a Business Analyst. The position is to be filled in September 2025.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, the Business Analyst will participate in the structuring and deployment of Abbvie France’s Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey. The main activities will be:

• Support the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey (communication, events, materials…)
• Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
• Identify trends and patterns in data and develop insights to improve business performance
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentations
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to support ACE transformation: hypertargeting, measure of impact, ...
• Definition of the Advanced Customer Experience roadmap & operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, competencies…)

From a practical point of view and daily work life: currently located in Rungis, the headquarters of AbbVie France will be relocated to 11 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetic, in two newly renovated seven-story buildings within a campus of four buildings.

Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.

Numerous services will be offered on-site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym, and concierge service.
