Your future team and mission

Within the Learning Expertise team, focusing on new technologies, you will work on projects that leverage AI and data analysis to enhance learning experiences. We will explore intelligent assistants, content curation, training recommendations, virtual tutors/coaches, and personalized learning paths.

You will collaborate with learning experts and data scientists, gaining insight into Volvo Group’s HR and IT ecosystems, operating in a Microsoft/Azure environment.

This internship offers you the chance to:

• Develop expertise in data science and AI
• Explore the learning and development field
• Assist Volvo Group University in its digital transition
• Work with diverse, international teams

Who are you?

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering or equivalent, specializing in data or AI
• You are passionate, curious, creative, and interested in new technologies
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset
• You understand user-centric design, can analyze environments, constraints, and objectives to find solutions, and combine technical skills with real-world understanding
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy teamwork
