Join the Finance and Treasury Department of EUROAPI, a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients with a €1 billion turnover, selling products and services in 80 countries through 6 European production sites and a presence in 11 countries.

You will report to the Group Credit Manager and assist in daily tasks to minimize credit risk and optimize accounts receivable management. Responsibilities include monitoring credit exposure, collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams, and participating in process improvement projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing aging balances and customer solvency to reduce credit risk.
• Monitoring DSO and other key indicators.
• Controlling credit limits and adjusting as needed.
• Managing blocked orders and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Supporting sales teams on payment and collection issues.
• Managing credit insurance contracts and interacting with the Shared Services Center.
• Facilitating communication to prevent disputes and ensuring proper recording of collections.
• Defining payment terms and monitoring watch lists and bad debt customers.
• Assisting in credit and bad debt committees and implementing factoring projects.

Reporting and process improvements:

• Contributing to monthly DSO reports.
• Proposing process, dashboard, and KPI improvements.
• Participating in the Order-to-Cash process enhancement project.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and financial skills.
• Proficiency in Pack Office and SAP.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Responsive, able to prioritize, and proactive.
• Flexible teleworking arrangements.
