Danone recherche un apprenti pour son département RH à Paris, disponible pour 12 mois à partir de septembre 2025. Le candidat idéal aura un niveau d'études Bac+4/5, sera curieux, aura de bonnes compétences en communication, et saura utiliser Excel et PowerPoint. Cette expérience permettra de développer des compétences dans la gestion des ressources humaines et de participer à divers projets RH.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2025.

  • Operational HR Management: Oversee interns and apprentices within the scope — act as the first HR point of contact, manage administrative tasks related to contracts, and actively contribute to community engagement.
  • Employee Support: Provide day-to-day support to employees in collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Support for HR Cycle Deployment: Ensure data quality, monitor employee onboarding and offboarding, and participate in key HR cycle milestones such as goal setting between employees and managers.
  • Participation in Cross-Functional HR Projects: Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for HR communication within the community, and contribute to working groups related to HR process coordination.
About You

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from September for a duration of 12 months

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school

• Appetences: curious, communication skills, adaptability

• Language: Do you speak English? We need someone who is fluent

• You feel comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
