Context

Towards a step-change of operations performance and go from a “very good” to a “truly outstanding” company, the Operations function is also undergoing changes. The quality is a prerequisite to all these changes.

Purpose of the internship:
We are looking for a quality engineer apprentice to join the Quality and Compliance team for a one-year contract. This is a good opportunity to gain experience in quality management in a fast-moving context.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Deployment of new Quality IT tools within affiliates.
• Support the quality manager on quality culture plan design and deployment.
• Harmonization of quality control practices of the group.
• Review & update the quality documentation and reports.
• Support synthesis of quality audits results in Power BI.
• Support the analyses of complaints data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with the quality and compliance team to drive quality initiatives and projects.
