Role Overview:

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee.

This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, allowing you to make meaningful contributions to our candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience:

    • Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage scheduling, communication, and logistics to guarantee a smooth interview process.
  2. Candidates Logistics Support:

    • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in managing candidate pipelines.
    • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  3. Sourcing:

    • Collaborate with the team to identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
    • Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and other tools to source top talent.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative sourcing strategies.
  4. Transversal Projects and Analytics:

    • Contribute to transversal projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process.
    • Work on analytics projects to provide insights into recruitment trends, helping inform strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and innovations in recruitment processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
