Role Overview

The apprentice position in the Project Management Office involves supporting various activities related to project management and communication, with a strong focus on GenAI initiatives.

You will support and may even organize project management community events, publish the monthly newsletter, support the preparation of management meetings, and support the Learning & Methodology unit.

Additionally, you will contribute to designing workspaces on Confluence or SharePoint, support initiatives of our center of expertise, by creating contents (posts, videos, presentations…), and agents on demand.

Versatility and curiosity are key qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing Project Management Community events.
• Support the publication of the monthly newsletter by contributing to content generation.
• Support the Learning & Methodology unit: creating learning paths, design or enrich training courses…
• Support the preparation of management meetings.
• Design workspaces on Confluence or SharePoint.
• Support our center of expertise by creating posts assisted by Copilot, and other materials.
• Design Copilot Agents based on specific needs.
• Contribute to our Generative AI workforce.

Your Profile

Is pursuing Master’s degree studies in Computer Science, or related technical field and has a good level of proficiency in English.

• Ability to organize and plan events, initiatives.
• Writing and design skills for newsletter publication.
• Skills in preparing and organizing meetings and committees.
• Knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint tools.
• Skills in creating digital content, including posts and animated GIFs.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and designing agents. Awareness of Copilot and Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Versatility and curiosity to explore and support various GenAI initiatives.
