The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands? YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE:

As a Process Engineer, you will join the Packing department, responsible for packaging our products in their final package. This department focuses on three essential priorities: safety, quality, and productivity. The primary role of the packaging process engineer is to continuously improve production lines to optimize their efficiency, particularly by working on reducing changeover times and minimizing downtime.

Here are several key missions and projects that await you:

  • Observation and Data Analysis: Collect essential information on the ground and identify trends to uncover process optimization opportunities.
  • Management of the PDCA Cycle: Oversee and implement format changes by following the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Development of Action Plans and Coaching: Create and monitor technical actions while supporting operators to enhance their skills and improve their performance.
  • Application of Lean Methods and Loss Investigations: Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques and SMED to optimize processes, as well as analyze sporadic and chronic losses to propose sustainable solutions.

  • A good command of French and knowledge of English.
