Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join our Marketing and Customers Solutions team for a 1-year contract starting in September 2025. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing while developing their skills in a supportive environment. You will assist in various marketing activities, including digital marketing, website and social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination, while learning from experienced professionals.
You will be working within a team of highly qualified experts, in close coordination with various commercial and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage social media accounts, website and create engaging content.
- Develop our visibility by identifying and improving our content following SEO opportunities and guidance.
- Support the team in developing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics under guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
Key Requirements: Hard Skills:
- Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Team player, able to seek relevant insights from colleagues and work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate with the right level of detail to the targeted audience.
- Creativity and willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Master 1 in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field (or relevant apprenticeship program).
- A first experience in business/marketing strategy, communication agency is a plus, preferably in a B2B company (energy, financial or IT services).
