Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Fournir un soutien informatique aux employés en France, UK et Allemagne.
• Aider à l'intégration et à la configuration des équipements des employés.
• Contribuer aux activités de cybersécurité sous supervision.

Job Description

Flexis is seeking an Apprentice who will participate in IT management activities starting in September 2025.

Under the supervision of the IT manager, you will be responsible for:

• Employee Support: providing IT support to all employees in France, UK, and Germany as needed, in the use of PCs, mobile devices, or software. You will be the contact for employees alongside the existing helpdesk (SPIE & Renault Group).
• Employee Onboarding: collaborating with the IT Manager to onboard and offboard employees, configuring PCs, and ensuring software is installed and configured correctly. Participating in onboarding planning meetings.
• IT Infrastructure: assisting in defining architecture and infrastructure guidelines for IS projects, supporting the implementation of middleware and interfaces for Day 1.
• Cybersecurity Activities: supporting the implementation of security rules, GDPR compliance, monitoring, and detection, under the guidance of the IT Manager.
• Procedures & Documentation: creating and maintaining documentation for IT activities and updating the Flexis IT Corner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge in an agile environment.
• Technological skills in Windows 365, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
• Master's degree student in engineering, seeking a 1- or 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2025.
• Experience in service desk support for Windows ecosystems, troubleshooting hardware and software for end users.
• Knowledge of endpoint management systems, Windows 10-11, and Office 365.
• Experience using service desk ticketing systems to manage incidents and requests.
