Nokia in France is seeking an apprentice for Governance, PMO, and Internal Communications to assist our R&D lab. You will organize meetings, summarize discussions (AI-assisted), and maintain internal sites and dashboards for ongoing projects.

The role blends governance with lab support and offers exposure to ERP/CRM/PDM environments and secure data management. You will also help implement an internal communications plan and participate in the digital transformation of our operational systems,

Qualifications

• Student in IS/IT, project management, or a technical field.
• Knowledge of IS/IT systems and architecture is expected.
• Basic programming knowledge would be a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Organize meetings and create summaries with action points.
• Create/update internal sites using SharePoint.
• Maintain dashboards for priority projects.
• Support deployment of ERP/CRM/PDM systems and manage user access rights.
• Manage the Windchill document library with secure data handling.
• Create and execute an internal communication plan.
• Assist with laboratory management and inventory updates.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Apprentice in Governance, Program Mgmt Office (PMO), and Internal Communications, in support of our research and development lab:

• Organize meetings for our team, create meeting summaries (preferably using AI assistance) and track action points.
• Create, update of internal web sites using Sharepoint.
• Maintain our dashboard for on-going priority projects.
• Program Management Office: Support the deployment of critical applications (SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Mgmt (CRM), Product Data Mgmt (PDM - PTC Windchill solution)), understand the system architectures, help update project schedule, track action points, administer users of our applications: account creation, manage access rights...
• Manage our document library database (in the PTC Windchill tool), with an attention to secured data management.
• Creation of an internal communication plan.
• Execution of the communication plan using our tools: intranet, email, internal social network (Teams, Viva Engage, …)...

In addition to governance responsibilities, the candidate could participate in laboratory management support:

• Management of furniture and laboratory equipment inventory, using scannable “smart labels”
• Update of lab equipment inventory database; participate in the digital transformation of our application.

Key Skills And Experience

You are a student in IS/IT, project management, or a technical field.

Skills

• Knowledge of IS/IT systems and architecture
• Some computer programming knowledge would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity and autonomy
• Basic knowledge of project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with other communication or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) would be a plus

Languages

• Excellent written and spoken level in both English and French
