Responsabilités

• Mettre à jour et publier du contenu sur le site web.
• Soutenir la conception graphique pour les médias sociaux.
• Assister dans la gestion des canaux de médias sociaux.

The apprentice joining our Communication team based in Paris/St.Ouen will support the Web & Social Media Manager with the following tasks:

• Website content updates & publishing, including copywriting
• Graphic design support (creation of templates and infographics for social media, e-newsletters, etc.)
• Assist in posting across multiple social media channels (in English and French)
• Help establish guidelines, audience insights, and social media reports
• Proactively seek fresh content ideas
• Regularly update and maintain our branded external channels
• Assist with social media monitoring, alerts, and benchmarking
• Collaborate with corporate communications to enhance brand awareness and content
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs

Profile:

Fluent in French and proficient in English

Qualifications:

- 'Bac+4/5' level in communication or related field
