Our team

The Workplace department at Amadeus is dedicated to improving working conditions and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations. The team plays a key role in fostering a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for all employees.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative apprentice to join our Workplace department. Under the supervision of the Organization Responsible, you will contribute to improving working conditions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of hygiene, safety, environment, and general services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage on-site safety coordination, including legal documentation (prevention plans, safety protocols, stakeholder meetings, etc.).
2. Monitor and ensure compliance of safety training and documentation for external companies.
3. Conduct daily audits related to works and maintenance.
4. Participate in legal inspections and follow up on action plans.
5. Create engaging and accessible content on EHS topics (digital communication, infographics, videos, etc.).
6. Synthesize technical and regulatory information related to EHS and general services.
7. Organize events and training sessions focused on EHS topics.
8. Support the EHS Manager in all operational functions.

Your Profile

1. Currently pursuing studies in Environment, Health, and Safety.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
3. Ability to simplify and communicate technical topics clearly.
4. Creative and pedagogical mindset.
5. Proficiency in content creation tools (video editing, game design, 3D animation, web design).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good judgment, reliable, and trustworthy.
8. Highly organized and methodical.
9. A strong team player.
