Context :

GEMS Security is responsible for the Group's cross-functional crisis management process, which applies throughout the Group. A project to strengthen and harmonize the crisis management process is underway in France and internationally to meet internal control requirements.

GEMS Security helps protect sensitive and strategic information by raising staff awareness, conducting data mapping in collaboration with internal and external entities, implementing the Group's information classification, and participating in investigations when needed.

GEMS Security enhances the company's performance and value creation by strengthening protection of people, assets, and reputation. The Security Department manages security risks through anticipation, prevention, and protection, advising management on current and future threats.

Role :
  • Improve crisis management documentation with GEMS team members.
  • Support internal control reviews for crisis management to enhance skills and gain insight into the process within a major group. This project is being implemented across the GEMS perimeter.
  • Train teams as needed.
Security Risk Analysis: Information Protection and Business Intelligence
  • Monitor adherence to the information protection policy throughout the information lifecycle: human, organizational, technological.
  • Develop a culture of information protection through awareness and training with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in developing the Business Intelligence-Security Watch process within a legal and ethical framework, analyzing security risks, identifying weak signals, and acquiring relevant information.
Technical Skills :
  • Knowledge of crisis management processes.
  • Knowledge of OSINT.
  • Ability to write and summarize effectively.
Personal Qualities :
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Autonomy: ability to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility.
  • Motivated, collaborative, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Academic Background and Experience :
  • Master's degree or specialized master's in project management, crisis management, IT, risk management, or security.
Languages :

Professional English (oral and written) is essential for international communication.
