GEMS Security is responsible for the Group's cross-functional crisis management process, which applies throughout the Group. A project to strengthen and harmonize the crisis management process is underway in France and internationally to meet internal control requirements.
GEMS Security helps protect sensitive and strategic information by raising staff awareness, conducting data mapping in collaboration with internal and external entities, implementing the Group's information classification, and participating in investigations when needed.
GEMS Security enhances the company's performance and value creation by strengthening protection of people, assets, and reputation. The Security Department manages security risks through anticipation, prevention, and protection, advising management on current and future threats.
Professional English (oral and written) is essential for international communication.
