Volvo recherche un(e) étudiant(e) en Master pour soutenir le développement de l'activité après-vente au sein de Renault Trucks. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans la gestion des pièces de rechange, l'optimisation des processus logistiques et l'analyse des performances. Cette expérience vous permettra d'acquérir des compétences précieuses dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel, tout en contribuant à des projets à fort impact.

Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) en Master (M1 ou M2) avec spécialisation en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou marketing B2B.
  • Anglais à un niveau de compétence professionnelle.
  • Expérience préalable en vente B2B ou environnement après-vente souhaitée.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer l'offre de pièces de rechange et la liste des prix.
  • Soutenir l'optimisation des flux logistiques et la gestion des stocks.
  • Analyser la performance des ventes et identifier les opportunités de croissance.

About the Role


Your role will be to support the team on the drive and development of the aftersales business.


Your main activities will be the following

• Manage spare parts offer and price list
• Lead or support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support logistic flows optimization and inventory management to improve parts availability
• Assist the teams into customer quality issues resolution
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Develop performance reports and documentation about business activity

You are a Master’s student (M1 or M2) enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in supply chain, B2B marketing, international business, or management.


• You have a customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• You are organized, autonomous and resourceful
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally, you have a first relevant experience (internship, work-study) in BtB sales or aftermarket environment
• Your English is at the level of working proficiency
• You have a very good knowledge in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and exposure to or strong interest in other data analytics tools (Power Bi/QlikView etc…)
