Vous serez impliqué dans la gestion des pièces de rechange, l'optimisation des flux logistiques et l'analyse des performances de vente. Qualifications

  • Étudiant en école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université, spécialisation en supply chain, marketing B2B ou gestion.
  • Expérience pertinente (stage, alternance) en vente B2B ou environnement après-vente souhaitée.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et compétences en outils d'analyse de données.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer l'offre de pièces de rechange et la liste des prix.
  • Soutenir l'optimisation des flux logistiques et la gestion des stocks.
  • Analyser les performances de vente et identifier des opportunités de croissance.

About the Role

Your role will be to support the team in driving and developing the aftersales business.

Your main activities will include:

  • Managing spare parts offer and price list
  • Leading or supporting projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting logistic flows optimization and inventory management to improve parts availability
  • Assisting teams in resolving customer quality issues
  • Analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Developing performance reports and documentation about business activity

Let’s talk about you!

You are a Master’s student (M1 or M2) enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in supply chain, B2B marketing, international business, or management.

You possess:

  • A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Organizational, autonomous, and resourceful skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally, relevant experience (internship, work-study) in B2B sales or aftermarket environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and interest in data analytics tools (Power BI/QlikView, etc…)
