Position Overview

Within the Supply Chain Department, under the Customer Distribution Service, the apprentice will support the harmonization of global customer distribution processes. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and proposing improvements, as well as developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor team activity.

Main Missions

Harmonization of Customer Distribution Processes

• Diagnose and analyze existing processes; propose improvements based on roles, responsibilities, and AI for task automation.
• Coordinate deployment plans for improvement initiatives.
• Support teams in implementing new deployment tools.

Risk Projection Development and Communication

• Establish weekly risk reports for customer risks over a defined horizon.
• Communicate actions to relevant departments and monitor progress.
• Develop proactive measures with the shipping administration team.
• Create visibility for logistics teams to ensure secure execution of shipments.
• Leverage AI for process optimization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Create, improve, and communicate KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Slow Movers, Maritime/Air ratios.
• Generate operational reports for the team.
• Develop new KPIs to enhance client monitoring and shipment organization.

Communication Supports

• Improve existing communication materials (Processes, KPIs, Newsletters).
• Create new digital communication tools using platforms like Canva.

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled in a Master 2 program in Engineering or Business School, specializing in Supply Chain.
• Customer-oriented with a keen interest in related challenges.
• Enjoys fieldwork and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, adaptable, and rigorous.
• Analytical and synthesizing mindset.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and process optimization tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, or JavaScript is a plus.
