Qualifications

• Higher education with 2 years' experience in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Experience as a Surveyor-Topographical Surveyor with 3-5 years' experience.

Job Description:

Eiffage Route contributes to the improvement of the French network, from communal roads to highway routes, involving design, construction, and maintenance. An expert in urban planning, Eiffage Route also participates in port, airport, industrial, and commercial project realization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct construction surveys and prepare studies: verify surveys, carry out additional surveys, develop solutions, perform calculations, produce work drawings, etc.
• Perform topometric measurements and produce topographical surveys of plots.
• Take readings related to existing works’ interiors and facades, determine perimeter and surface.
• Represent the building site layout using markers and establish infrastructure and network plans.
• Perform general staking out based on project lines and points, including detailed additional staking out and geometry checks.
• Update infrastructure and network plans and verify work conformity.
• Establish as-built drawings and communicate with the execution team.

Job Requirements:

• Higher education: 2 years’ plus 2 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Steel Construction, or related fields, or 2-3 years’ higher education as a Surveyor-Topographical Surveyor, with 3-5 years’ experience.

Work Environment:

• Reporting to: Works Director or Project Director.
• Internal relations: Engineering Office, Studies and Projects Office, Project Manager.
• External relations: Engineering Office.

Candidate Profile:

You hold a Baccalauréat and wish to join a BTS/BUT/DUT Géomètre-Topographe program next year through work-study.
