MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team management: Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff, and sub-contractors, verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES)), present the building site, its challenges, risks, and the construction works to be completed to employees.
• Organize and plan the missions and the work of the teams based on building site requirements and progress.
• Support teams’ professionalization and upskilling, manage HR processes within their scope, encourage professional best practices, and govern improper conduct.
• Building site preparation and installation: Ensure availability and consistency of all building site administrative documentation, define and review construction works, establish schedules and operating procedures, communicate procedures, and ensure the availability of equipment and materials.
• Monitoring of the building site’s construction: Supervise setup, monitor progress, perform technical checks, analyze deviations, draft reports, and ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Building site handover: Ensure completion, organize withdrawal, participate in handovers, and collect elements for as-built drawings.
• Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: Ensure safety guidelines are followed, produce reports, ensure quality and security, manage environmental measures, and conduct weekly security management.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

• PIPE WORKS SITE SUPERVISOR/FEEDER: Oversee trench opening, repairing, closing, and handling pipelines.
• DEMOLITION/DECONTAMINATION SITE SUPERVISOR: Ensure diagnostics, registration, and waste tracking.
• RAIL WORKS SITE SUPERVISOR: Ensure safety standards for rail works, site cleanliness.
• EARTHWORKS SITE SUPERVISOR: Manage track and platform maintenance, traffic zones, and production rates.
• ROADS SUPERVISOR: Oversee excavation, pipe laying, coating, material transfer, asphalt laying, and surface coatings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience as a Team Leader
• Authorizations based on position (e.g., BR-B2V electrics, M2 mechanics, AIPR, asbestos supervision)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reporting line: WORKS SUPERVISOR. Internal relations: Engineering Consultants, Support Department, Journeymen, etc. External relations: subcontractors, clients, suppliers, residents, service providers, etc.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Baccalauréat et souhaitez intégrer l’année prochaine un BTS/BUT/DUT Géomètre-Topographe par le biais de l’alternance.

Sens de l’organisation, grande rigueur et esprit d’équipe seront les principaux atouts pour réussir dans cette formation.
