• Développer des rapports et tableaux de bord pour le suivi des achats et de la gestion des stocks.
• Analyser les données de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Job Description

Within the industrial management of Safran Data System in Les Ulis, we are seeking an apprentice in stock management and procurement to join our supply chain department.
You will work with all supply chain teams and also cross-functionally with production, cost control, etc.

The project assigned to the apprentice will be to create a stock management policy, from which a procurement policy by purchase portfolio will derive.
This project will focus on three areas:

GESTION DES STOCKS
• Assess current stock management tools and propose improvements
• Participate in creating a dynamic stock management tool
• Define ERP item parameter rules for quick identification in stock processing
• Ensure physical and digital stock compliance and establish management rules
• Gather and analyze business issues affecting stock valuation
• Analyze supply chain data (Stock, WIP, demand management) to develop tools for controlling ongoing parameters

POLITIQUE APPROVISIONNEMENT
• Review procurement strategies per portfolio
• Establish shared policies between Supply Chain and Purchasing for product family procurement
• Define KPIs to monitor compliance and performance of procurement rules

REPORTING
• Develop reports and dashboards for tracking procurement and stock management
• Standardize and secure supply chain tools
• Participate in weekly/monthly stock and procurement management steering committees

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing an engineering degree with specialization in supply chain/logistics.
• Reactive, analytical skills
• Autonomous, involved, able to manage priorities
• Proficiency in BI and IT tools, data analysis skills
• English proficiency
