Deutsche Bank recherche un(e) apprenti(e) HR Assistant pour rejoindre son équipe RH à Paris. Ce rôle implique d'accompagner des formations, de soutenir le recrutement et d'assister dans différents aspects des ressources humaines. Qualifications

  • Bac+2/3 avec spécialisation en Ressources Humaines.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir l'équipe RH dans l'organisation de formations (tâches administratives, planification, accueil des stagiaires).
  • Assister les collègues RH locaux dans le recrutement.
  • Soutenir le processus d'intégration.

The HR Assistant(Apprentice) will strengthen the existing HR team : supporting the organization on a wide range of HR matters such as induction, engagement, learning and development, talent and performance management, compensation and Payroll.

We are looking for an apprentice in BTS, BUT, Licence pro, Bachelor looking to join us for 12 months or more starting in September 2025.

R esponsibilities

  • Support the HR team in organizing trainings (from A to Z: administrative tasks, enrollment, summons, scheduling rooms, welcome of trainees, assessment, interactions with Training companies and the employees, update of the training master file, invoice payment…)
  • Assist local HR colleagues with hiring ;
  • Support on the onboarding process;
  • Edit all employee related documentation.

S kills

  • Must be eligible to work in France;
  • Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory;
  • Bac+2/3 with a specialization in Human Resources;
  • Interest in all HR aspects : training, recruitment, onboarding…
  • Detail-focused;
  • Reactivity and dynamism.
