Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des transports recherche un apprenti ingénieur chargé de la veille technologique sur les systèmes de batteries et d'hydrogène. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe mentale sur le développement de nouvelles technologies de propulsion à faible émission de carbone. Ce poste de 12 à 24 mois est l'occasion d'acquérir une expérience précieuse au sein d'une équipe dynamique et innovante.

Qualifications

  • Formation en énergie, électrochimie, matériaux ou systèmes.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de batteries et d'hydrogène souhaitée.
  • Capacité à chercher et structurer l'information technique.

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer une veille technologique structurée sur les technologies de batteries et d'hydrogène.
  • Mettre en place une base de données de suivi et un radar technologique.
  • Participer à l'élaboration de la feuille de route R&D.

PROFIL:

JOB TITLE: Apprentice Engineer - Technology Watch for Batteries & Hydrogen System (M/F)

Located in: Saint-Ouen or Aix en Provence, France

OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:

As part of Alstom's Rolling Stock and Components central team, you will join the Green Energy product family in charge of the development of new low-carbon propulsion technologies, in particular battery and hydrogen systems . Under the direct supervision of the Technical Director, you will be a key player in the organization, in charge of the monitoring and promotion of technology watch on these strategic subjects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

Structured technology watch

  • Identify, collect, analyse and synthesize technical, scientific and industrial information on technologies related to batteries cells (Li-ion, sodium, semi or all-solid, etc.), battery monitoring solution and hydrogen (fuel cell and storage).
  • Assess trends by following relevant scientific publications, innovations, patents, conferences, startups, industrial projects and regulations.
  • Identify trends, technological breakthroughs and key players in the sector.
  • Produce summary sheets by technology identifying the maturity levels (TRL), performance and associated industrial issues.

Structuring the monitoring database

  • Set up a monitoring database (e.g. on Power BI or other suitable tool).
  • Define categories, monitoring criteria, criticality level, update frequency.
  • Propose technology mapping tools (horizon scanning, technological radar, etc.).

Contribution to the construction of the technology roadmap

  • Participate in workshops to define the R&D roadmap.
  • Prepare synthesis materials for the innovation and technical orientation committees.

PROFILE:

Educational level : Student in an engineering school (BAC+4/BAC+5) with specialization in energy, electrochemistry, materials, systems engineering, or technological innovation.

Technical skills:

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, energy transition and strategic analysis.
  • Knowledge of the basics of battery, hydrogen or electric propulsion systems.
  • Taste for researching, analysing and structuring technical information
  • Mastery of office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally monitoring platforms (Google Scholar, Orbit, Scopus, etc.).

Behavioural skills: Team player with a good ability to synthesize, scientific curiosity, rigour and autonomy.

Contract: 12 to 24 months
