Based in Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf at our Safran Aerosystems site with 420 employees, you will work with the product team for reservoirs and molding. Your role will involve mastering industrial performance by improving quality and delivery times. The operational excellence center will implement various projects to reduce variability and strengthen processes.

We are looking for an apprentice to strengthen our team in process and product improvement and maturity.

Main missions include:

1. Analyzing potential causes of quality and delivery performance issues
2. Identifying improvements
3. Validating results, standardizing, and training personnel

Job Requirements

You're a student in engineering school or university master's, in process engineering, mechanical, or industrial engineering.

You have knowledge of material forming processes (molding, bonding, vulcanization).

You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, enjoy teamwork, and have a hands-on attitude. You are autonomous, adaptable, able to prioritize, and proactive.

You have a natural curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
