Dans ce rôle, vous serez impliqué dans la mise en place et l'entretien de chantiers, ainsi que dans diverses activités liées à la construction de routes. • Autorisations optionnelles: AIPR et outils de coupe.

• Installation et maintenance des panneaux temporaires sur le chantier.
• Ouverture, consolidation et fermeture de tranchées.
• Application de mélanges sable-gravier et pose de pipelines.

Description du poste

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

MISSIONS

1. Building site installation
2. Install, maintain, and position the temporary signs on the building site
3. Mark out the building site
4. Building site set-up
5. Perform additional staking out for an external works project: platform right of way and altimetry, banks, trenches, etc.
6. Help set up the building site
7. Masonry
8. Make concrete and mortar mixes and choose the aggregates and doses.
9. Help to lay roadsides, concrete blocks, prefabricated elements.
10. Building site maintenance
11. Clean the site equipment
12. Building site withdrawal
13. Stow away building site equipment.
14. Clean up the work area.
15. Building site security
16. Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
17. Observe security instructions

20. Preparing the trench: clearing brush and cutting surfaces
21. Consolidating a trench: manual interventions

23. Laying of asphalt
24. Manually follow the paver implementation

26. Compact the asphalt with a compactor of any size (machine operator) or small cylinder CACES
27. Bring the road works up to standard (buffer, bc...)
28. Implementation of coatings and / or ECF (cold cast asphalt)
29. Spreading aggregates or gravels to realize surface coatings
30. Perform manual maintenance work on surface coatings
31. Compact coatings

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

1. Apply sealant
2. Lay an asphalt coating
3. Determine the starting point for the application and anticipate the end of a building site
4. Determine the “high point, low point” slopes
5. Determine the thickness to be poured
6. Check the foundation (support)
7. Manually apply the asphalt using a trowel or lute rake
8. Make the vehicle entrance gateway with a die cutter
9. Adjust the profiling if necessary
10. Repair cracks and joints
11. Clean the foundation
12. Fill in cracks and repair joints with a torch
13. Cut the asphalt into blocks with the thermal cutter (training) for a clean recovery of the application

EXTERNAL WORKS LABOURER

1. Opening of trenches
2. Prepare trenches: clear and cut surfaces.
3. Consolidate trenches manually.
4. Close trenches.
5. Application of sand-gravel mixes
6. Follow the adjuster on foot.
7. Compact the sand-gravel mixes with a compacter (machine operator) or a small CACES A road roller (road labourer).
8. Laying of pipelines
9. Adjust the excavation floor, put the networks in place (pvc, cast iron, sandstone).
10. Install dry networks (telecom, electrical).
