Job Title: Alternance - Assistant(e) Commercial(e) Service Clients Hospitalier

Position Details:
  • Department: Service Clients Healthcare France
  • Manager: Responsable Service Clients
  • Backup: Assistant(e) Commercial(e) Service Clients Hospitalier
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer orders from A to Z
  2. Assist external and internal clients with their requests and manage multi-channel customer relations (phone and email)
  3. Analyze and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  4. Handle complaints and find satisfactory solutions for clients
Associated Activities:
  1. Prepare price offers and confirm commercial conditions with external and internal clients
  2. Record orders
  3. Enter order information into client portals (Sinoe, Hospitalis, etc.)
  4. Manage multi-channel customer relations: phone, emails
  5. Respond to client inquiries (information, documents, contacts)
  6. Resolve and document complaints and disputes
  7. Manage billing anomalies on the ESKER portal
  8. Handle specific orders for DOM TOM (from entry to billing) if applicable
  9. Share information and documents with Auditors during audits
