Otis développe son activité et recherche pour la rentrée de septembre 2025 son ou sa futur(e) Assistant administratif chantier (H/F). Sous la direction du manager chantier, vous intégrerez l’entité Portis située à La Réunion (97).

Au cours de votre alternance, vous serez accompagné(e) par un tuteur expérimenté qui vous accompagnera et vous fera monter en compétences pour, pourquoi pas, continuer l’aventure Otis à l’issue de votre apprentissage! Vous pourrez gérer des projets en toute autonomie en lien avec diverses parties prenantes de l’entreprise. Vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Planifier les interventions des techniciens sur les chantiers
• Saisir les heures d'intervention
• Commander le matériel nécessaire
• Apporter un support administratif au manager sur divers projets

Le profil recherché

• Vous êtes en préparation d’un BTS Support à l'Action Managériale.
• Vous disposez de bonnes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles
