MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Safety Manager

1. Key Activities:
2. Apply the prevention policy within its scope, implement action plans and indicators.
3. Write the single document.
4. Plan and ensure proper conduct of internal and external audits.
5. Participate in staff meetings (CHSCT, CE, DP) upon specific requests.
6. Keep updated and share internal prevention rules at national and regional levels, ensuring their PROFICIENCY_RATING-APPLICATION.
7. Participate in site preparation meetings.
8. Check proper PROFICIENCY_RATING-APPLICATION of procedures and internal rules.
9. Report follow-up, dysfunctions, or improvements to hierarchy.
10. Control respect of internal rules on site.
11. Ensure regulatory compliance of activities.
12. Follow-up of site activities, report incidents.
13. Define, prepare, lead steering meetings, and distribute minutes.
14. Validate improvement actions with hierarchy within internal rules control.
15. Provide feedback, share best practices.
16. Participate in implementing action plans and indicators.
17. Collect, synthesize, and analyze data on indicators.
18. Train and raise awareness on Prevention actions within perimeter.
19. The PREVENTIONIST / ANIMATE may also carry out Quality/Environment missions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Education Level: Bac +5

Fields of Study: Quality / Prevention / Safety / Environment

Professional Experience: At least 5 years as prevention coordinator/preventer

Work Environment

Internal: Direction Régionale - Services Travaux - Etudes - Immobilier - Support Services – Headquarters

External: CARSAT - Work Inspection - O5OPP BTP - Lawyers - Occupational Physician - External Providers - Project Manager - ADEME - Prefecture

YOUR PROFILE

You wish to pursue a Bac +3 level diploma in quality, safety, and environment through alternating training.

Your internships or professional experiences have involved safety domains.

You aim to become a safety animator in Building or Public Works, combining technical studies and fieldwork.

Organized, you have a passion for safety and good teamwork skills.
