Teamwill Consulting seeks an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production AI systems that combine managed LLMs with self-hosted models under strict data governance. You will create robust pipelines, governance, and tooling in a regulated financial services context.

You will collaborate with global teams to ground models via retrieval pipelines, develop eval suites, and implement guardrails for reliability, performance, and cost control. On-site in Courbevoie is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on software engineering with LLMs or ML models.
• Strong Python and at least one other language (TypeScript/Java).
• Experience with API integration and model hosting (managed/self-hosted).
• Familiar with CI/CD, containers, and testing for AI systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and operate agentic AI systems and pipelines with LLMs.
• Integrate managed and self-hosted models into production apps with cost/safety focus.
• Develop retrieval pipelines ground models in knowledge bases.
• Create eval suites and guardrails for production changes.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Platform Engineers, and clients.
