London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a hands-on AI Product Co-Developer to join our team building production-grade agentic AI systems for complex, data-intensive environments. This hybrid role blends product thinking with engineering depth across the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

You will design and ship LLM-powered workflows, translate business needs into concrete requirements, monitor performance, and collaborate with governance and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/ML engineering and product development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic frameworks; shipped products preferred.
• Production knowledge of LLMs, tool use, orchestration patterns, and failure modes.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and review specs without engineering support.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs and resolving model/integration issues.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with data pipelines and cloud infra.
• Comfort interfacing with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to full AI product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, testing, deployment.
• Design, build, and iterate on LLM-powered workflows with orchestration patterns and tool-use design.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and agent configurations.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics and acceptance criteria for AI outputs in production.
• Manage post-launch lifecycle: track performance and gather user feedback for refresh cycles.
• Collaborate with governance teams to ensure quality, compliance, and interoperability.
• Maintain forward-looking view on AI landscape and translate developments into product opportunities.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to support successful delivery of AI capabilities.
• Support demos and presentations of prototypes to internal and external audiences.
• Share expertise in AI product design across engineering, product, and domain teams.
