Nexans is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to turn innovative AI ideas into secure, scalable production solutions. You will design and build AI applications that solve complex business challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Experience developing software using Python and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs or AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD, APIs, Git and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and deploy production-ready AI applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Partner with business teams to transform high-value use cases into scalable digital products.
• Build secure, cloud-native AI solutions using APIs and microservices.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications through CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and cloud platforms.
• Explore emerging AI technologies, lead PoCs and contribute to Nexans' AI roadmap.
