Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 2–5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Strong mathematical and basic physics/chemistry knowledge.
  • Computer proficiency.

  • Participate in daily operations and safety meetings.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in safe conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze data to recommend services.
  • Plan jobs, prepare tools, mobilize and execute.
  • Provide 24-hour availability to respond to customers.
  • Test, operate, and maintain tools per procedures.
  • Develop positive client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up on equipment failures and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports.
  • Perform engineering calculations and data interpretation as needed.

Job Description

The position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, presentable conditions
  • Monitor and analyze data to recommend optimal services and solutions
  • Perform comprehensive job planning, tool preparation, mobilization, and execution
  • Provide 24-hour availability to respond to customer needs
  • Test, operate, and maintain tools according to established procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on equipment failures and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports
  • Perform engineering calculations and data interpretation as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
  • Strong mathematical and basic physics/chemistry knowledge
  • Computer proficiency
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong quality control focus
  • Physical capability to perform required field tasks
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel
