Job Description
Ubisoft’s IT department is looking for an EPM Applications Specialist to support, maintain, and develop our financial planning and consolidation tools. The role involves delivering high-quality functional and technical support to internal users worldwide, primarily on Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes within defined SLAs, focusing on long-term solutions.
- Communicate status updates and manage customer expectations throughout incident and request lifecycles.
- Conduct system monitoring, security audits, and data quality verifications.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Contribute to internal and user-facing documentation.
- Participate in projects involving new functionalities and enhancements, including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with EPM Business Analysts, Developers, and Data Warehouse teams.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- University degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in IT or Finance, preferably with IT Finance tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration into IT systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle and MS-SQL database querying.
- Solid knowledge of finance reporting and consolidation tools.
- Understanding of data flows between internal/external systems and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, EPM Cloud).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake data platform.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and concepts.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, Sales, or Marketing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Microsoft SSIS.
