Application Specialist (W/M/NB)

Job Description

Ubisoft’s IT department is looking for an EPM Applications Specialist to support, maintain, and develop our financial planning and consolidation tools. The role involves delivering high-quality functional and technical support to internal users worldwide, primarily on Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

1. Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes within defined SLAs, focusing on long-term solutions.
2. Communicate status updates and manage customer expectations throughout incident and request lifecycles.
3. Conduct system monitoring, security audits, and data quality verifications.
4. Provide training and documentation for end-users.
5. Contribute to internal and user-facing documentation.
6. Participate in projects involving new functionalities and enhancements, including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
7. Collaborate with EPM Business Analysts, Developers, and Data Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• University degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in IT or Finance, preferably with IT Finance tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration into IT systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS-SQL database querying.
• Solid knowledge of finance reporting and consolidation tools.
• Understanding of data flows between internal/external systems and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, EPM Cloud).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake data platform.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and concepts.
• Understanding of business processes in Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, Sales, or Marketing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Microsoft SSIS.
