Qualifications

• Connaissance de CargoWise One requise.
• Certifié par le programme CCP Wistech.
• Anglais courant nécessaire.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les paramètres du TMS GFF selon les règles et besoins business.
• Documenter les changements de sécurité et rationaliser les rôles.
• Développer des solutions de conformité selon les exigences de Geodis.

Main Objectives

1. TMS registry settings:
   • Manage the GFF TMS' Registry Settings according to GFF rules, principles, and Business Process needs.
   • Inventory offered enhancements, contribute to testing, and document changes and results.
   • Communicate changes with Business Process owners.
   • Support auditors with evidence and documentation to ensure compliance.
2. Security settings:
   • Manage GFF TMS' Security Settings aligning with GFF rules and Business needs.
   • Test and document security changes, rationalize roles across GFF.
3. Workflows & Documents:
   • Balance local requirements with maintenance minimization.
   • Simplify existing setups and ensure critical workflows are tested and documented.
   • Support the functional team and internal clients from setting and application standpoints.
4. Compliance & Export Controls:
   • Develop compliance solutions within the TMS according to Geodis global requirements.
