The Application team provides operational support to our network of clients and end-users, ensuring the success of their projects through a premium customer experience. They offer sound system design support to venues, system engineers, audio consultants, and architects using our proprietary software, Soundvision. The Application Project team also provides on-site support to system and mixing engineers during festivals, tours, special events, musicals, and more.

The Application Engineer in Saudi Arabia enhances all project activities through their technical expertise and experience in the fixed installation and touring sound fields. They serve as a vital technical support link between project managers, the sales department, and customers, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and their applications.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent the brand within the fixed installation and touring fields in the Saudi Arabian market.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with key Saudi Arabian consultants and engineers.
3. Develop the market through outstanding technical expertise for consultants, integrators, venue owners, and end users.
4. Provide sound system theory, practical training, and safe operation guidance.
5. Design, specify, and document sound systems for installation and touring applications.
6. Commission, measure, and verify sound systems.
7. Conduct on-site acoustical and mechanical verification and measurement.
8. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations.
9. Deliver technical presentations.
10. Support products, applications, safe operation, and software.
11. Prepare written technical reports.

Skills & Experience

The Application Engineer should develop professional relationships with consultants, contractors, and engineers, drawing on this experience to provide appropriate advice and support. They must possess expert knowledge of sound design, modeling, and measurement procedures.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Pro Audio industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian installation and touring pro audio market.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with modeling tools (EASE) and measurement tools (SMAART) preferred.
• Practical experience in PA system design and operation for touring and corporate markets.
• Experience with AUTOCAD preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
