Amcor is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our Flexible Packaging team in Europe, focusing on Hard Cheese applications across EMEA. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to turn cheese packaging challenges into robust, value-enhancing solutions.

In this role, you will be a trusted technical partner, supporting existing products and enabling new developments that drive profitable growth, with significant travel (more than 50%) across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application engineering or similar in flexible packaging, Hard Cheese.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Solid project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical expert for packaging applications across EMEA Hard Cheese markets.
• Support product selection, application optimization, and commercialization.
• Lead product qualifications, trials, and scale-ups at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to drive development.
• Capture customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps and trends.
