ADAXIS recherche un Ingénieur d'Application pour la région DACH. Vous serez responsable de soutenir les clients dans l'utilisation du logiciel AdaOne, en résolvant des problèmes techniques et en formant les utilisateurs, tout en voyageant à travers l'Europe. Ce rôle exige une solide expérience technique et la capacité de communiquer efficacement en allemand et en anglais.

Qualifications

• 3 à 6 ans d'expérience dans un rôle technique orienté client.
• Expérience avec des clients industriels.
• Connaissance en Python, C++ ou équivalent est un plus.

• Déployer et configurer AdaOne dans des environnements de production.
• Former et guider les utilisateurs (ingénieurs, opérateurs de machine).
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques.

What You’ll Do ?

As an Application Engineer for the DACH region , you’ll be the go-to expert helping clients succeed with AdaOne – from initial install to production ramp-up.

• Work closely with German-speaking customers (mostly Germany) to deploy, configure and support AdaOne in production environments.
• Diagnose and solve technical issues (bugs, post-processing, robot integration, slicer tuning).
• Train and guide users (researchers, engineers, machine operators).
• Collect and structure feedback to help improve the product.
• Say no (politely but firmly) to unrealistic demands – or help define upsell options when needed.
• Travel regularly across Europe to client sites.
• Collaborate with product & dev teams to align user needs and features

What We’re Looking For ?

• You speak fluent German and English – both are must-haves.
• You love solving real engineering problems, talking to users, and making things work.
• You know your way around robotics , automation , or advanced manufacturing .
• You’re not afraid of code or debugging (Python, C++, or similar).
• You’ve worked with industrial clients – and you get what "qualité allemande" really means.
• You’re comfortable travelling often and adapting to new contexts.
• Bonus : experience in additive manufacturing, fieldbus integration, or sensors.

Your Background

• Engineering degree in robotics, mechanical, or similar.
• 3–6 years experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in industrial software or hardware.
