Medtronic is seeking an Applications Engineer for Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) in France, focusing on advancing EP therapies with Affera™ technologies. The role influences patient care by delivering training and technical support across markets.

The position is based in France (preferably Ile-de-France, Nord Est, Bordeaux, Toulouse or Clermont) and is remote, with English language requirements. Expect to listen to a brief introduction from the French CAS director and travel 80–100% across

Qualifications

Master's degree in a life sciences or engineering field.
Experience with electrophysiology procedures or products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

Plan programs in collaboration with the sales director and other groups to train customers.
Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures.
Support sales and marketing teams in product and therapy presentations/re- introductions.
Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics.
Gather and report customer feedback, product issues, and customer complaints related to events.
Perform administrative tasks, including regular activity reporting to the sales director.
