Since 2007, Asyril has been developing and commercializing its innovative flexible feeding systems for automation. Our products are key components for the Smart Factory of the future and Industry 4.0. Our state-of-the-art technology is revolutionizing the feeding industry and is highly demanded in various domestic as well as international markets.
As a member of the Customer Support team, we are currently seeking a highly motivated
Application Engineer
Your mission will be to act as an expert on the use of Asyril products, to assist our customers with the integration of our products and to sustain the sales effort in Europe (mainly in Italy). We are especially looking for a key person bringing experience in industrial automation.
Your tasks:
Understand the context in which the products are used, and develop best practices for the use of
Asyril products, generate and update technical notes
Contribute actively to customer satisfaction, analyze problems and find solutions to facilitate the rapid resolution of customer issues and meet customers and market needs
Provide technical support (pre & post sales) to customers and distributors in Europe
Closely collaborate with our sales team, provide feasibility studies and technical advice
Identify customer and distributor training needs, participate drawing up their content and provide technical trainings on the use and integration of our products
As a field and customer representative, provide inputs to other departments (product management, quality, development teams), highlight key information and keep stakeholders informed on important issues
Participate in the promotion of our technology by setting up demos, videos, and technical information
Travel worldwide when specialist expertise or technical knowledge is required whenever needed.
Your qualifications:
Engineer or technician in industrial automation, microengineering, mechanical or electrical field
Former experience in the industrial automation environment (such as robotics, robot peripherals, industrial vision, industrial software, or other connected fields)
Customer obsessed, engaged, organized, responsible and independent personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in Italian and French, with a high level in English
Prepare to travel mainly in Europe for up to 25% of the time. Driving license required.
