Jobs for Humanity is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant (French bilingual) in France to lead ERP implementations for multiple clients. You will work with executive sponsors, document requirements, and map processes to NetSuite functionality while delivering end-to-end configurations, testing, and user training.

Fluency in French and professional English are required, with 3–5 years of consulting in ERP/CRM and SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in professional services consulting (ERP/CRM/e‑commerce).
• Hands-on SaaS implementation experience.
• Prior NetSuite platform experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Software Eng/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary consultant on 3–5 clients at any time as their main systems expert.
• Work with senior executives and functional leaders regularly.
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application.
• Gather, validate, and map business requirements to NetSuite functionality.
• Design, implement, test, and train users on solutions.
• Support enterprise architecture design and integration projects.

The Commitment

• Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
• Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application
• Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
• Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
• Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture
• Working on the design, build and test of system integrations between our client’s business systems
• Supporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects

The Essentials

• Experience:
• 3-5 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, ideally in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, IT, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail or health and beauty) implementations.
• Prior experience on theNetSuite platformis highly recommended.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree inSoftware Engineering,Finance,Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to build and maintainprofitable and referenceable customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align client business needs to solution options and implementation approaches.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity withcloud computing technologies.
• Must be fluent inFrench(both written and spoken).
• Must be conversational or professional inEnglish(both written and spoken)
