• Handle AOG (Aircraft On Ground) cases / Critical Workstoppages to resume flight operations as quickly as possible for all LEAP and CFM56 engines. The operational scope includes: Turbomachinery, line maintenance, oil systems, and equipment.
• Monitor engine performance in real-time (health monitoring), provide maintenance recommendations to clients, and follow-up.
• Serve as technical support for the Customer Support Center (CSC).
• Document and share operational experience regarding engine behavior.
• Document and share lessons learned from AOG incidents.
• Identify and communicate documentation update needs with hardware owners or parts managers.
• Participate in internal and external forums related to service issues and monitoring.
• Contribute to sector improvement initiatives.
Work involves alternating presence at the CSC and PSE based on schedule.
- Knowledge of turbojet engines and their systems (regulation systems) is essential.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.

The operational team works in a dynamic environment ensuring 24x7 presence based on a rotating schedule (morning/evening/night/day) with real-time planning, including replacements and support for service needs.
