FedEx Logistics seeks a Front Officer to manage customer requests and supervise AOG operations at CDG Hub. The role involves coordinating with carriers, back offices, and clients to ensure timely, compliant freight movements.

The position requires handling 24/7 shifts (morning, afternoon, night, weekends) with on-call duties. Fluency in Business English and French is essential, plus knowledge of international air transport rules.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service focus and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication in English and French; other languages a plus.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate autonomously where required.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer requests per procedures and response times.
• Advise on restrictions and plan options with carriers and client SOPs.
• Process national and international shipments; update ERP in real time.
