Qualifications

  • Éducation supérieure en ingénierie chimique ou des procédés.

BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Lead - Brest. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement activities for Brest plant.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and provide analysis of production data.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement ways of improving production process performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
  • Ensure process safety.
  • Ensure and manage the plant's 5s and housekeeping program.
  • Collect and format production KPI's.
  • Participate in internal communication of KPI's.
  • Participate in and support worker training.
  • Ensure the display and status of the 5s program.
  • Lead the program with the recognition plan.
  • Work with other departments to find solutions to improve the process.
  • Conduct production RCAs.
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate certain operations within the Production department.
  • Participate in projects defined by the Bunge Continuous Improvement function (BPS, BMOS, 5S, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Higher education in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the chemical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of process and plant operation.
  • Knowledge of analysis and problem-solving processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in Atex environments.
  • Knowledge of the business sector (chemicals, extraction).
  • Mastery of Pack Office.
  • Very good level of English.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Pedagogue.
  • Ability to synthesize and convey information according to audience.
