Le Four Seasons Hotel à Megève recherche un Kids Club Attendant pour planifier et superviser des activités pour les enfants de 4 à 12 ans. Ce poste saisonnier nécessite un certificat Bafa et une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Les candidats doivent avoir la capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et adapter les activités en fonction des besoins des enfants.

  • Doit avoir le droit légal de travailler en France.
  • Expérience précédente dans un poste similaire appréciée.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier et exécuter des programmes d'activités sûrs et éducatifs pour les enfants.
  • Préparer quotidiennement le Kids Club.
  • Adapter les programmes en fonction des enfants et des conditions extérieures.

About the role:

The Kids Club Attendant responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and requests, then adding personal recommendations and reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms.

What you will do:

  1. Plan and execute safe, fun-filled, and educational daily scheduled programs for guests aged 4 to 12 years.

  2. Prepare the Kids Club facility daily to accommodate at least 10 children.

  3. React to changes in scheduling, weather, or number of children with backup plans.

  4. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying style and integrity.

What we are looking for:

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French and English. A Bafa certificate is required. Previous experience in a similar position is appreciated.
